Thank You Ventura! Everyone's participation and excitement through our "Ventura Loves Google" campaign was nothing short of incredible. We're sending out a BIG thanks to our partners, as well as the residents and businesses that helped launch our effort to attract Google's project to Ventura. Although we didn't win this round, Google isn't done. Kansas City is only the beginning, so keep your fingers crossed. Until next time, thanks!

We plan to make a large banner and hang it prominently so that everyone knows we're still serious about Google. We're alredy well on the way to financing it (note: NO city money was spent on any of our efforts, the entire initiative was accomplished by citizen volunteers). We've set up a domations page at Invested.in -- we've got $105 so far towards our $350 goal.
Please help if you can, and please do not stop telling friends and neighbors about Google Fiber. Our continued enthusiasm can make a differenfce!
